The "contract" of the booking—payments, cancellations, and usage.

• Booking & Payment: All court sessions must be paid in full to secure a reservation.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

• Facility Access: Access to the courts is permitted only during your reserved time slot. Please vacate the court promptly when your session ends.

• Equipment: Players are responsible for any damage to facility equipment (nets, fences, etc.) beyond normal wear and tear.

• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any individual to leave for non-compliance with our policies.
